Today I’m sharing a Farmers Market Grocery Haul + Quick Meal Prep Tips.  I love shopping for groceries at my local farmers market, because they have great deals on the produce that is “on it’s way out”.  I can grab these deals and freeze or cook them up as soon as I get home to lock in the savings!

Today I’m sharing my latest Aldi Haul with prices! This was a huge stock up haul for the month. I’ll be doing smaller shopping trips too, and a co-op haul this month, but this was the main haul for things like meat and dairy and a lot of the fresh fruits and veggies too. I use my deep freezer for a lot of the stuff I buy so I don’t have to shop as often.

Today I am doing a gluten-free taste test of four types of gluten free crackers. Which gluten free cracker tastes the best? I don’t eat 100% gluten free, but I have mainly switched over to using alternatives in order to vary my diet and see where the science goes. If I am away from home I eat whatever is available. Fortunately I have that luxury. Many people cannot have any gluten at all for serious health reasons. Some choose to avoid it while all the science gets worked out. How about you? Do you eat gluten containing foods? Do you avoid gluten? Do you like crackers? We don’t eat a whole lot of crackers around here, but we do enjoy them from time to time. We also eat lots of veggies with our hummus or cheese. 🙂
